My 87-year-old Sikeston neighbor, who is a devoted Republican, said she will not be voting in the Republican caucus because she is just too old to sit through a pep rally for hours. She lives in Sikeston, New Madrid County, and the caucus is being held in the city of New Madrid. I usually take her to vote at Three Rivers College here in Sikeston to vote, as she can’t drive.
