In regard to Speakout that said the City of Sikeston should apologize to the Indiana community for the officer getting killed there because those idiots that killed him were from Sikeston. No, Sikeston shouldn’t have to apologize because for something a couple idiots did. Nobody should have to. That was on them – not the rest of Sikeston. Thank you. Have a good day.

NEW MADRID, Mo. — A two-week volleyball camp at New Madrid County Central High School was a chance for players to brush up on the basics of the game and for new high school coach Rae Jean Haines to learn more about her players’ skills. Nurse sentenced for taking leftover fentanyl from hospital

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. on sentenced on Aug. 1 a registered nurse who stole fentanyl from the hospital where she worked to three years of probation, 200 hours of public service work and a $5,000 fine. Limbaugh also ordered Lindsey M. Francis, 35, to undergo drug treatment. She will be subject to random drug screenings...
