Savannah Lovins held NMCC to one hit on a complete game effort striking out seven on 55 pitches.
Alexis Glidewell had one hits and two RBIs, while Kelsi Miller added one hit and one RBI for Portageville, who improved to 9-6 on the season.
NMCC's Lily Johnson was the losing pitcher after giving up one earned run on two hits. She also struck out seven and walked eight.
Shelbie Karafa had the only extra-base hit in the game with a double for the Eagles (8-8).

Portageville 14, Malden 0
PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. -- Bub Lance was lights out during Portageville's five-inning rout over the Green Wave in a rematch of the Malden Invitational Tournament championship game last weekend.
Lance pitched all five innings allowing three hits and one walk on 72 pitches while striking out four.
The Bulldog's offense went to work early and often tagging Malden starter Mason Brown for six runs in the bottom of the first. They added seven more in the fourth to end it early.
Ryan Priggel homered, Nick Allred and Alex Riddle both double and Connor Barham went 2 for 3 at the plate for Portageville, who avenged their 7-6 loss to the Green Wave April 15.
Brown was lifted after recording just one out in the first inning. He gave up six runs (five earned) on two hits and five walks. Tye Miller finished the remaining 3 2/3 innings giving up eight runs (seven earned) on five hits and four walks.
Malden (8-9, 2-3 Bootheel Conference) will host Bernie on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Portageville (13-5, 2-2 Bootheel Conference) will complete its regular season conference schedule against Senath-Hornersville April 25 on the road.
