SIKESTON -- The name of the victim of a fatal shooting Tuesday evening is now known. According to the Sikeston Department of Public Safety, Devin Alexander, 17, died from a gunshot wound to the chest following an incident around 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Apache.
