I wanna know where the idiots that are smoking it for enjoyment are gonna get the money to pay for it? People that smoke medicinal marijuana, I can understand that. But recreational marijuana, that's a crock of bull. Standing around on the street corners and getting high, well, you know they are gonna steal everybody's stuff to pay for it...
