I'm outside on Friday evening May 2 about 9:30 p.m. and there's a helicopter that has been hovering for the last few hours on the west end of town. I'm just wondering how much gas is used for that and who pays for it. It's got red lights and green lights and keeps hovering and circling the west end of town. Can you hear it?
