SIKESTON -- An East Prairie man was arrested after attempting to entice a 12-year-old girl to get in his vehicle. Bobby D. Harper, 61, was arraigned Wednesday before Scott County Judge Scott T. Horman on the felony charge of enticement of a child. Currently being held in the Scott County Jail, Harper's bond is set at $100,000 and he is ordered to have no contact with minor children...
