SIKESTON - A Sikeston man was arrested Thursday by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety on child abuse charges. According to DPS Director Drew Juden, Brandon L. Wheatley, 21, admitted to a 5-month-old child being injured while in his care, "but he told nine different stories of how the incident occurred."
