SIKESTON -- The 2002 Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo kicked off on Wednesday night with the top cowboys and cowgirls on the PRCA circuit competing in bare back, saddle bronc, bull riding, calf roping, steer wrestling and barrel racing events.
