I am a veteran of the Korean War and a bill was signed this year by Gov. Bill Holden to give us an honorary diploma. I just sent to the Veterans Administration and they approved it. So they sent it to Sikeston High School for completion and haven't heard anything since. They say they don't know anything about it. Your help would be appreciated...
